Comissioning of Vehicle Electronics
In the assembly line, the vehicle electronics are commissioned at various process locations. These include inter alia assembly inspection, customer- and vehicle-specific configuration, software update of control units as well as function check and documentation of the final vehicle state (as-built).
DSA offers various solutions for the commissioning of vehicle electronics: For this purpose, such devices can be used which are process location-bound, or so-called circulating adapters which are connected to the vehicle electronics over several line sections.
The challenge in off-highway machines often lies in the high mechanical variance of the vehicles. In order to optimally support the assembly of the vehicle, DSA test systems guide the operator through the whole assembly process by means of electronic instructions.
