The customer portal BetoShop enables easy and fast ordering and delivery tracking of ready-mix concrete. All orders are placed and managed online in the web shop.
Directly from the building site or after office hours: Orders, modifications, or cancellations can be made irrespective of the time and place without the need of having to contact the disposition.
The use of BetoShop brings double benefits: Easy ordering and handling of simple order processes, as well as additional capacities for the efficient and reliable handling of more complex and extensive tasks and processes.
BetoShop is easy to integrate into dispatching systems, all orders may also get adjusted manually. Orders can be submitted round the clock, even at short notice, and independently of office hours. As a result, customer satisfaction increases.
Customers place or change orders and track the delivery.
Laboratory employees create lists of sorts for construction sites in consultation with the sales department.
Sales employees approve building site data, sorts and articles for ordering.
Administrators create customer accounts and user groups.
BetoShop is an independent module of our integrated logistics solution BetoSys and can be easily combined with other modules, for example with a sort directory from BetonPlan, or with third-party systems.
