We support OEMs and suppliers in the initial stages of vehicle development with comprehensive engineering services in the field of diagnostics. Our focus is on the design, development and validation of diagnostic systems as an integral part of off highway vehicle architectures .
Standard-based diagnostic solutions
As an active member of ASAM, we consistently develop our engineering solutions based on established diagnostic standards. These include ODX for the description of diagnostic data, MCD-based access models and OTX for standardised test and validation procedures; for modern, service-oriented vehicle architectures, we also consider SOVD as a future-oriented approach.

Diagnostic validation and verification
We systematically validate diagnostic functions during the development phase. With our experience in diagnostic design, testing and validation, as well as our proprietary test systems, we test and verify diagnostic protocols, services and functions under off highway vehicle-specific operating conditions before series production begins.
Complete vehicle diagnostic architectures
We develop complete diagnostic architectures for entire vehicles – from defining diagnostic requirements to system integration. Tailor-made hardware and software solutions, including for off highway vehicles with advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), fleet connectivity and high availability requirements, ensure scalability, expandability and long-term reliability.
