DSA TechDAYS 2025: Innovation Drives Automotive Excellence

With the TechDays 2025, DSA presented practical innovations for the automotive industry. For one week in Troy, Michigan, the focus was on concrete solutions for the current challenges in development, production and after sales.

Technology in action
Highlights included intelligent test systems for cockpit, door and seat modules, high-voltage battery tests, automated processes in the vehicle and ECU flashing with OTA/FOTA. Other topics were remote diagnostics, end-of-line tests with full traceability and cloud-based after sales tools. A special focus was on warranty management with automated invoice checks, AI-based data analysis, predictive damage detection and an intelligent chatbot for company-wide insights into warranty management.

Individual one-to-one sessions
A central element of the TechDays were individual discussions with DSA experts from the fields of consulting, technology and data analysis. They addressed the participants' challenges directly. Live demonstrations also provided a detailed insight into how the solutions improve every phase of the vehicle life cycle - from production to after sales.

In total, the TechDays offered participants the opportunity to familiarise themselves with technologies in a direct exchange with experts and to understand their use using practical examples.
