Digital delivery notes: for paperless ready-mix concrete logistics
With the digital delivery note, DSA is paving the way for a paperless future in ready-mix concrete logistics, in which all important information is available electronically. This reduces errors in communication and improves the tracking of deliveries. Our digital delivery notes reduce paper consumption and increase efficiency throughout the entire supply chain for suppliers and their customers.
Cooperation with alcemy: innovative technology for CO₂ reduction
As part of our cooperation with alcemy GmbH, we are also working on making the transport of concrete CO₂-neutral. The DSA telematics and diagnostics unit VCG-2 (Vehicle Connectivity Gateway) is an important component of the "alcemy for concrete" product. By communicating with the vehicle technology and electronics, the device provides the technical basis and data for seamless concrete monitoring. Using real-time data on drum speed, direction of rotation, hydraulic pressure and additional information, the quality and consumption of resources are optimally monitored and controlled. This not only leads to a more efficient use of resources, but also to a significant reduction in energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.
AI-based order management: efficiency and sustainability go hand in hand
Another highlight of our presence at the event was an AI-based order management system. A virtual assistant guides you through the order acceptance process via voice-guided, digital communication. With this system, we support dispatchers in the efficient and error-free recording of all relevant information.
