Battery Show Europe 2024 - Innovative Solutions for a sustainable Battery Lifecycle Management

From 18th to 20th of June 2024, DSA was exhibiting at the Battery Show Europe in Stuttgart. Together with representatives from S4 International, the colleagues showcased innovative solutions for sustainable battery lifecycle management at the well-frequented booth.

Automated battery module tester for effective testing of battery modules

In a live demo of the automated battery module tester developed by DSA and S4 International, visitors were able to see how manufacturers of battery modules can benefit from the automated solution with accelerated quality testing thanks to rapid module testing. The module quality data collected during the tests forms the basis for the future lifecycle management of high-voltage battery systems.

Insights in automated battery cell testing and battery lifecycle management

The current installation of an automated battery test system from DSA and S4 International was also on show. Visitors were given an insight into the DSA battery lifecycle management system, which covers the entire lifecycle of batteries through efficient battery monitoring, analysis and maintenance.

In addition, the experts presented further DSA solutions from the areas of smart production and remote diagnostics in after-sales for the complete life cycle of vehicles.
