Module Test Systems MTS

Off-HighwayCommercial VehiclesAutomotive

Our Module Test Systems MTS allow the verification of vehicle modules and components as well as the coding and programming of ECUs.

Description of the MTS

Besides the inspection of electrical coupling installations, electrical components can be tested functionally, and ECU configuration can be executed.

Inspection is carried out by measuring the electrical quantities voltage, current, resistance and impedance under realistic conditions as well as by ECU diagnostic communication. The rest of the vehicle is simulated by the MTS.

The MTS is connected to the test object by specialized adapters that we design and produce individually for your particular use case.
