STUDENT ASSISTANT (m/f/d) POLARION AND INTERNAL TOOLING

With your interest in software, internal tools and development processes, you’ll help us to further develop our tool landscape centred around Polarion and Xurrent. For more than 45 years, DSA has been developing innovative and customer-specific solutions for automotive electronics. Internally, too, we rely on powerful tools that support our development processes and are continuously adapted to new requirements. Join our team and support us as a working student (m/f/d) in the further development and maintenance of our tools and processes.

Your Tasks

• You will expand the DSA tool suite with Polarion and Xurrent.
• You will implement requirements arising from our development processes.
• You will develop solutions using Java, web technologies and REST APIs.
• You will maintain test environments and virtual machines running on Linux.
• You will create and manage documentation for support.

Your Profile

• You are studying Computer Science, Business Informatics or a similar degree programme.
• You are willing to learn Polarion and Xurrent in depth, as well as our internal tools and processes.
• You are interested in understanding existing work and development processes and to explore how they interrelate.
• You have some basic knowledge of Java and web technologies, or are keen to develop these further as part of your role.
• You organise your tasks independently and work in a structured manner.
• You show initiative and approach new topics with an open mind and a focus on finding solutions.
• You enjoy working with others and are able to adapt well to different people and requirements.
• You can support us for at least 15 hours a week.
• You have a very good level of German and English.
