GLOBAL IT-MANAGER (m/f/d)

For more than 40 years, DSA has been a leader in the development of innovative and customised communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With more than 850 employees, as an international company we are represented with our subsidiaries in eight countries. In the position of a Global IT Manager, you will be responsible for the global IT strategy development by adapting this strategy through the use of modern technologies.

Your Tasks

• You manage projects to implement the global IT strategy within the defined time management, scope of services, and budget.
• You bring transparency to project progress by using your expertise to ensure internal and external communication and reporting to stakeholders.
• You optimise IT processes and coordinate the cooperation of international and local teams, as well as external IT service providers.
• You adapt the global IT infrastructure to the business requirements and business objectives, and you monitor the adherence to country-specific legal compliance regulations.
• You shape business processes by further developing IT applications.
• In the course of operational security, you are responsible for risk management on a global and local level.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a similar field.
• You have already worked in the IT sector for several years, and you have a sound knowledge of the IT infrastructure.
• You have leadership experience in a team of at least ten people, and you are a strong leader with negotiation skills.
• With your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, you work in a target- and result-oriented manner.
• You have experience in managing IT projects.
• With your excellent communication skills, your high assertiveness as well as your distinctive strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, you drive project success.
• You work independently and with commitment, and you appreciate working in a team.
• With your fluent German and English, you communicate confidently on an international level at the head office in Aachen and also at the various companies of the DSA Group on site.
