You are the direct contact person for the technical support of our customers at different locations on site and remote. As a link between software development and customers, you will get to know different people and various approaches to work. You support complex backend systems that ensure quality and reliability in the vehicle production of major automotive manufacturers.
As part of our dynamic team, you are involved in the realization of sophisticated software solutions of the future.
You commission sophisticated server systems and, when applicable, you also make sure that customers receive thorough training on our software.

A degree in technical studies or a vocational training as IT in specialist system integration.
Very good Linux and network skills.
Basic knowledge of database systems (PostGres, Oracle).
High willingness to travel and intercultural competence.
Good organizational talent and independent mode of operation.
Good communication and presentation skills.
It is advantageous to have knowledge of a foreign language, such as English, French or Spanish.
